  • DEPOSITS

    At booking a deposit of £15 is required for all piercings, brows and laser appointments.

    When you pay your deposit this is us entering into an agreement with each other. You will come to your appointment and I will perform the service.

    That deposit amount is taken off of the total amount due of your appointment.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    We all know that things come up in life and sometimes things need to be rearranged.

    You can cancel or move your appointment to another time up to 48 hours before your appointment starts via the Fresha app.

    If you are less than 48 hours from your appointment when you cancel or unable to make your appointment or you no show.

    Genevieve reserves the right to keep the deposit which was made at booking stage as compensation for loss of earnings, time and equipment. Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

  • UP FRONT PAYMENTS

    Jewellery Styling Appointments has an up front payment of £10 which is made at booking.

    This £10 covers:

    My time - Styling and offering you my advice on what will work and doesn't, sizing correctly and then fitting the pieces all takes time.

    Materials - I have a clean set up for each customer, this includes disposables like, gloves, cling film, etc which all costs money and can not be compromised on.

    Sterilisation - To fit jewellery it requires tools, also you may have touched or changed your mind on pieces as part of the appointment, these all then need to be sterilised.

    This is a fee and not a deposit. Therefore it is not deducted on the day of your appointment. It is a flat amount for this appointment. Any jewellery purchased on the day will be charged on the day individually.

    My jewellery range starts from £6 through to £12. I am not a gold stockist, I do not buy in gold for a customer under any circumstances. I am more than happy to fit jewellery that you have purchased elsewhere.

    Laser Patch Test

    An up front payment of £5 is applicable for this service as it again covers my time and materials.


  • ON THE DAY

    Please arrive to your appointment on time.

    My diary schedules appointments so that I have no gap in-between.

    Arriving early will not mean that we start early I am likely to still be with another client.

    If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for whatever reason, we will not be able to go ahead with your appointment as your lateness will ultimately impact other customers or I will be rushed and it is not something that should be rushed.

    If you are more than 20 minutes late, your deposit or upfront payment is retained by Genevieve for loss of earnings, time and equipment.
