How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Orders made after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding bank/public holidays)

I need to ammend / cancel my order?

Our grace period for order amendments and cancellations is 1 hour from placing the order. Please contact customer care

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer shipping outside of the UK

Where is my package shipped from?

We are based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Is your jewellery solid Gold?

Both gold and silver are soft metals. Most piercing jewellery is therefore not made of solid gold for that reason. You need the metal to withstand the wear and tear of life and the products that we all wear on a daily basis.

All jewellery that is stocked is not real gold and we never mislead our customers that it is.

Often jewellery is plated in gold or silver or the base metal has been treated / polished to a gold or silver tone.

The base metals of all of our jewellery is mainly Titanium or Steel.

If an item is Sterling Silver / 925 Silver this is stated on the description.

Steel is a hypoallergenic metal if a high quality or a high polish.

Does your jewellery tarnish?

Metals and the polish/ coating which is put on them to give that real sparkle does tarnish over time.

In any other circumstance when it comes to jewellery you would remove it before bathing, swimming, exercise, dying hair or applying hair treatments, before fake tanning or before applying makeup. However, when it comes to piercing jewellery we never take it out!

All of the above tarnishes jewellery. Therefore the only way to ensure the longevity of jewellery would be to take it out every 10minutes. An acceptance needs to be made that it will tarnish with day to day life.
