Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class via business mail. First class post averages at 1 - 3 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings. Pierced earrings are earrings that go through an actual piercing hole (some examples: earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops and clickers).
This policy is enabled for the protection and health of our customers and does not affect your statutory rights. By purchasing these items, you are accepting the sale is final.
Please read and understand the product descriptions carefully before purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the information provided on the product pages, and to be aware of any allergies they may have to certain metals used in jewellery. As we are unable to know your personal and individual sensitivities, we accept no liability for any metal allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.
Damaged or faulty goods
We take extra care to make sure all orders are not faulty and are sent out correctly, but occasionally mistakes can be made. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase explaining the situation and they will resolve this for you.
